Indulged in a 90 minute treatment for myself. Flaminia/ Flominia was so lovely and gave the most amazing massage. She provided excellent medium pressure and was kind to check often if the pressure was comfortable. I will certainly be requesting her in future, when we visit next time. So many nice plush towels provided in the treatment. The receptionist Faith was very polite, she really provided outstanding customer service when I queried a booking error on arrival. Thanks again for that. Very grateful. I was a bit confused on the location of the Day Spa, so I will suggest to continue on after the main reception parking and take the next right. The spa is at the rear and just up a few steps nearby the ice rink. Super quiet location. My treatment was blissfully quiet and relaxing with soothing music playing. Be sure to arrive early to fully relax and enjoy a herbal tea in the lounge.

I had an amazing experience on my spa day with Asha. The massage was great, attention to detail and giving more attention to areas that needed it (lots of tention in my shoulders). Along with a beautiful facial and hair treatment. Asha made the experience even better with her calm and light energy and lovely conversations. I haven't had a spa day in years, Asha certainly made the experience a great one. I would definitely recommend!

Incredible experience from the ladies at Ubika, specifically Paula, Lily, Mia, and Theda. Provided exceptional service and informed my friend and I of all the services and products to the best of their abilities. We left feeling rejuvenated and satisfied with our purchases. Can’t wait to go back!

e had many massages over the years, but nothing — and I mean nothing — compares to my experience at Ubika Day Spa with Mia. From the moment she began, it felt otherworldly. Mia has the most ethereal, gentle, impossibly soft hands. The massage and facial were so deeply calming and exquisite that I genuinely felt like I was floating somewhere beyond this planet — absolute bliss, total surrender. It was one of those rare experiences where your mind completely switches off and your body feels profoundly cared for. There is something truly gifted about Mia. This is clearly her calling. Her touch, presence, and intuition are extraordinary, and the experience felt almost sacred in how restorative it was. I walked out feeling transformed, peaceful, and so grateful. This is the kind of treatment you wish everyone you love could experience at least once in their life. Heavenly doesn’t even begin to cover it. If you’re considering a massage or facial here — book with Mia. It’s unforgettable.

I had an amazing massage today! Special thanks to Larissa for her excellent work who made me feel very relaxed during the whole session and got the knots out. One of the best massages I’ve had. Highly recommended!
